Switch Operation Ticket
First, fill in the requirements of the operation and operation of the ticket.
1. Operation requirements for power outage:
1. Stop the bottom pressure first, then stop the high pressure; first stop the load and then stop the power supply; first pull the breaker, then pull the isolation switch (or the knife switch).
2. First pull the load side isolation switch, then pull the power side isolation switch.
3. Before pulling the isolating switch or the knife switch, check that the circuit breaker connected in series is in the disconnected position.
4. Stop the main switch after stopping the line switch.
5. Each operation should be checked to be in the disconnected position.
6. Do not operate 33, 44, 55, 39, 49, 59.
7. Check the load distribution of the transformer before the transformer is disassembled, and check whether the transformer in operation is overloaded.
8. Non-scheduled users: If two 10KV power supplies are present, they cannot be closed simultaneously. One must be stopped before the other is powered on.
Dispatching users: Two 10KV power supplies can be combined into a loop. Before closing the loop, release the overcurrent protection tripping plate. After closing the loop, restore the protection plate and check the loop current.
9. Apply for a complete station power outage with 21, 22.
10. During maintenance: Power off, inspect, and hang warning signs.
11. Spare heat storage standby and cold standby: Cold standby means the circuit breaker and isolating switch (knife switch) are off. Hot standby means the circuit breaker is open, but the isolating switch is closed.
2. Power transmission operation requirements:
1. First power supply, then load; first send high voltage, then low voltage; first close the main, then the line; first close the isolating switch, then the circuit breaker.
2. After operation, check that it is in the disconnected position.
3. Before connecting the isolating switch (knife switch), check that the circuit breaker is in the disconnected position.
4. Connect the power side isolation switch and then the load side isolation switch.
5. The PT secondary voltage must be normal before power is supplied.
6. After the transformer is powered on, listen for normal sounds and charge for three minutes.
7. The parallel operation of the transformer must meet the parallel conditions, and the tap changer must be in the same gear.
8. Remove temporary grounding wires and nameplates before putting equipment into operation.
9. After 401-2 and 402-2, check the transformer's secondary voltage and ensure it is normal.
10. Before operation, fill in the operation ticket and simulate the operation on the analog board. Only after verifying no errors, perform the actual operation. Two people must wear insulated boots and gloves, follow the re-twisting system, and have pre-orders and movement instructions.
