Switch Operation Ticket
First, fill in the requirements for the operation and the ticket.
1. Power Outage Operation Requirements
1. First, stop the low pressure, then the high pressure; first stop the load, then the power supply; first pull the circuit breaker, then the isolating switch (or knife switch).
2. Pull the load side isolating switch first, then the power side isolating switch.
3. Before pulling the isolating switch or knife switch, ensure that the circuit breaker connected in series is in the disconnected position.
4. After stopping the line switch, stop the main switch.
5. Each operation should be confirmed to be in the disconnected position.
6. Do not operate 33, 44, 55, 39, 49, 59.
7. Check the transformer's load distribution before disassembling it and confirm whether the operating transformer is overloaded.
8. For non-scheduled users: if there are two 10KV power supplies, they cannot be closed simultaneously and must be stopped before being reconnected.
For dispatching users: two 10KV power supplies can be looped together. Before closing the loop, release the overcurrent protection trip plate. After the loop is closed, restore the protection plate and check the loop current.
9. Apply for a complete station power outage for 21, 22.
10. During maintenance: power off, inspect, and hang warning signs.
11. Cold and hot standby: cold standby means the circuit breaker and isolating switch are in the off position; hot standby means the circuit breaker is open while the isolating switch is closed.
2. Power Transmission Operation Requirements
1. First power on, then load; first send high voltage, then low voltage; first close the main switch, then the line; first close the isolating switch, then the circuit breaker.
2. After the operation, confirm that it is in the disconnected position.
3. Before connecting the isolating switch, check that the circuit breaker is in the disconnected position.
4. Connect the power side isolating switch first, then the load side isolating switch.
5. The PT secondary voltage must be normal before power is supplied.
6. After the transformer is powered on, listen for normal sounds and charge it for three minutes.
7. Ensure the parallel operation conditions of the transformer are met, and the tap changer is in the same gear.
8. Remove temporary grounding wires and nameplates before equipment is put into service.
9. After 401-2 and 402-2, check the secondary voltage of the transformer and confirm it is normal.
10. Before operation, fill in the operation ticket and simulate the operation on the analog board. Only after verifying no errors, proceed with actual operations. Two people should wear insulated boots and gloves, perform the re-check system, and follow the pre-order and movement procedures.
Second, fill in the operation ticket.
