The specifications and prices of the highly-efficient lighting products promoted this time are all determined by the national unified bidding. The central government will grant subsidies on the basis of the manufacturer’s bid price, and large users and urban residents will purchase at the subsidized price. The actual purchase price of bulk users is 70% of the supply price of the successful bid agreement, and the actual purchase price of urban and rural residents is 50% of the supply price of the bid-winning agreement. On this basis, Zhangjiakou City Finance will also come up with special funds to support the promotion of efficient lighting fixtures in a subsidized manner.
