Features

Xiaozhi Steward can understand natural voice commands and even place O2O service orders. For example, if a user says, “Help me book a ticket from Shenzhen to Zhang,” Xiaozhi can automatically handle the request. It has already integrated eight types of services, including meal booking, housekeeping, travel, and medical services.

The robot can also control music, stories, and operas, check weather information, remind users to bring an umbrella when going out, and function as an alarm clock. Additionally, it can detect when someone is within 3 meters and automatically play relevant messages.

Like most smart devices, Xiaozhi requires a companion app. Users can set up Xiaozhi within the "Smart 360" app. The app itself can be used independently for booking O2O services and managing smart home devices.
