Taiwan Industrial Technology Institute developed flexible LED lights

Taiwan Industrial Technology Institute has used the original ACLED technology to change the materials and practices in the process. Recently, it has successfully developed LED lamps that can be bent.

With unique technology improvement, ITRI implanted the circuit board and the heat sink directly into the soft board, and then embedded the LED chip with adhesive bonding. The structure is simplified and the traditional LED heat dissipation problem is also improved. The direct use of alternating current, so that the LED does not have to go through a large-scale transformer, you can directly use the power plug in the home, and the configuration of the connection, the impact of the damage to the lamp is greatly reduced.

Huang Chengyang of the Institute of Electronics and Optoelectronics of the Industrial Technology Research Institute pointed out that all the LED chips of this product belong to the parallel design, so when each one does not light, it will not affect the effect of other lamps.

The inherent shortcomings of the traditional LED are improved, and it is light, soft, and free to bend. The improvement of technology helps the promotion of LED power-saving lamps, and makes the green design of environmental protection more visual aesthetics.
