Infineon Prosecutes Atmel for Patent Infringement

Infineon Technologies AG and its subsidiary Infineon Technologies North America today sued Atmel for patent infringement.

Infineon asked Atmel to compensate for 11 US patents that Infineon had infringed and seek permanent injunctive relief.
