Looking back to 2011, the national TV sales reached 39,829,300 units, with Internet TVs representing approximately 10% and traditional TVs making up around 90%. This clearly shows that over the past six years, there has been a complete shift in consumer preference, with Internet TVs now dominating the market. Despite this dominance, the store still managed to maintain a growth rate exceeding 25%. Based on data from YoYi, younger demographics, specifically those aged 18-35, are the primary users of Internet TVs. In contrast, individuals aged 36-55 tend to prefer traditional TVs. When examining the income levels, it becomes evident that Internet TV users with a monthly personal income of over 6,000 yuan form a much larger percentage compared to traditional TV users. These trends suggest a clear generational and economic shift in consumer preferences, highlighting the growing influence of technology and digital experiences in our daily lives.
