Article 21 The following acts must be strictly prohibited: (1) Failure to submit the approval according to the approval procedures, and discretion to hold exhibition and exchange activities. (2) The words “sponsored by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and the Ministry of Domestic Trade†were not approved without approval. (3) The bidding unit entrusts other units to undertake the contract.
