(Nasdaq: QRVO), a leading RF solutions provider for applications in mobile applications, infrastructure and aerospace and defense, today announced that it has acquired GreenPeak Technologies signed the definitive agreement. GreenPeak is a Dutch-based company with industry leading ultra low power, short range RF communications technology. This acquisition allows Qorvo to expand its RF solutions and system-on-chip (SoC) to support its rapid growth in smart homes and the Internet of Things. The transaction is expected to be completed during the quarter based on customary closing conditions.
