The starting torque is too large, and it is normal after replacing the pump.

After analyzing the fault, the higher harmonic current of the inverter passes through the output loop cable. Radiation, transmitted to the signal cable, causing interference. The signal line of the liquid level gauge and its control line are separated from the control line and the main circuit line of the inverter by a certain distance, and the signal line outside the cabinet is laid through the steel pipe, and the outer casing is well grounded and the fault is eliminated. After debugging, the system runs safely and reliably.
