Lehman Optoelectronics (300162) announced on the evening of July 17 that the company intends to purchase 100% equity of Tuoqi Technology held by three natural person shareholders, including Ke Zhipeng, Hong Maoliang and Sun Jinxiong, through the combination of issuing shares and paying cash.
